Your Home Inventories
Your Home Inventories provides a personal approach to your inventory needs. I provide full property inventory on all domestic and / or residential properties across Wiltshire and Bath. I also provide check in, check out and mid term inspections.
I have many years of experience in the letting industry ARLA accredited and NFOPP qualified, therefore know how important your property is to you and the investment you are making for the future. An inventory gives you peace of mind and provides documented and photographic evidence of the condition of your property at the start of any tenancy, which can then be referred to during the checkout process
Services
The services offered by Your Home Inventories
Inventory
Full inventory of your property including garage, garden, sheds etc. A summary of your property stating any professional cleaning, redecoration or white goods. All meter readings will be photographed and documented.
Check In
We will meet your tenants at the property with keys and walk them through the inventory. We will show them with the meters and any items of significance.
Mid Term Inspections
Mid term inspections give an insight to the condition of your property during the tenancy. This is where I will be looking for any issues, which if left untreated such as damp, could be costly. A report will be provided evidencing the condition and recommending actions to prevent further damage including photographic evidence, if appropriate
Check Out
During a check out we will go through the inventory and check the current state and cleanliness of the property. We will make recommendations for any work that maybe required by the tenant and also any repairs required by the Landlord.
